Who Am I? Existential Questions Abound...

I have 14 years of specifically working with complex trauma in women in my private practice. I am skillful in blending complementary therapies via plant medicine into psychotherapy and weaving EMDR throughout. I am deeply honored to work with women from many cultural backgrounds and in Trinidad and Tobago - there is a rich blend of those cultures that keep me engaged and on my toes! I specialize in sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse and reproductive traumas of women, which is where I often apply EMDR alongside complementary services of aromatherapy and flower essence therapy. I gear my consultations toward case conceptualization around shame, menstrual issues and applying the safe and effective use of essential oils within EMDR and counseling in general.
